Dawn joined Royal LePage when she become licensed to trade in Real Estate in 1997, as a Sales Representative. Dawn earned numerous Sales Awards, including Lifetime Achievement, and Charter Member Award over the Course of her Career. She sat as a Director for the Niagara Association of Realtors and chaired both Public Relations and Social Committees during her term there. In 2011 she was promoted to Manager and worked alongside Brad Johnstone in Crystal Beach, Fonthill, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Ridgeway and Welland. Then with Ryan Johnstone in the Niagara Falls, Grimsby and Dunnville branches of the company. She obtained her Brokers License in 2012 and has facilitated classes for Buffini and Company, Tom Ferry, and Leader's Edge. Currently, her role is Recruiting / Training & Development / Teams Manager and she is the trainer / mentor for all new agents hired to the Company. She celebrated her 29th Anniversary with the Company this year.
