Her career began in Europe, where she served as in-house legal counsel at a global engineering and construction firm, gaining extensive experience in contract negotiation, project oversight, and regulatory compliance. After relocating to Canada and completing an MBA at McMaster University, Marina transitioned into commercial real estate. She held strategic roles with a national REIT and a major QSR brand, focusing on leasing strategy and portfolio management. Now with Royal LePage Commercial, Marina specializes in leasing, acquisitions, and investment sales across office, industrial, and retail asset classes. Drawing on her legal and business background, she supports property owners, investors, and business operators in navigating complex transactions with clarity and confidence, always prioritizing her clients’ long-term success.
