I am a licensed assistant to Leslie McIntyre, founding partner of McIntyre & Hagan Real Estate Team. This Team has 22 years of combined experience in the real estate industry. I know myself working in a team environment is where I flourish, driven by my desire for success of the team. With working under the watchful eye and guidance under Leslie McIntyre paired with her knowledge and expertise, I look forward to the opportunity to develop myself as a motivated Realtor. I have demonstrated my service to others through service to Canada. I have put others' needs before myself through selfless service in the Canadian Armed Forces. I was an infantry Sergeant, where I was responsible for the training and progression of the next generation, while ensuring their safety. After ten years in the military, I transitioned to a career in policing. These two careers are similar in nature with dedication to professionalism, integrity, discipline and service before self. With almost two decades of experience serving others, I have honed my communication and negotiation skills, which I believe will be invaluable in achieving successful Real Estate deals. My top priority is to prioritize your needs and ensure your satisfaction. Additionally, I have a passion for renovations and possess a strong eye for the hidden value in a property. Having personally completed numerous renovation projects on “fix me uppers”, I have gained valuable experience in navigating the necessary permits and regulations. I’ll help you see beyond the cosmetic fixes, that will help you identify the true value of a property and make informed investment decisions. In my personal life, I am fortunate to be happily married with my wife and life partner Crystal. We have been together for 19yrs and share a life with three beautiful children, who are all under the age of ten. My family is the center of my world and I am a proud father. I love outdoor activities, and try to include my dogs wherever I can. I also enjoy spending my time underwater scuba diving.
