Hi, I’m Cindy Evans, and I’ve been proudly licensed as a REALTOR® since 2002; however, my journey in real estate started well before that. I first got involved in the industry back in 1986 and spent five years managing front-end administration at a major franchise brokerage I co-owned in British Columbia. With nearly three decades of hands-on experience and a deep love for this business, real estate has truly been a lifelong part of who I am. What I love most is helping people navigate big decisions with confidence and clarity. Whether I’m preparing a detailed market evaluation, guiding you through the listing process, or helping you find the right home, I approach every step with care, professionalism, and a personal touch. I believe that strong relationships, open communication, and honesty are the foundation of great service—and that’s what I bring to every client I work with. Though I now call Nova Scotia home, I’m still licensed in British Columbia and continue to offer insight and perspective to clients across both provinces.
