Celina was born and raised in Vancouver BC and recently moved to Shelburne Nova Scotia in May of 2022. When housing prices went through the roof on the lower mainland and throughout BC, she realized that for the price of her mid-range condo in Vancouver, she could afford a beautiful 125-year-old character home as well as purchase an additional triplex to optimize her income in Nova Scotia. Rebuying in Vancouver was just not a good option. Relocating to Nova Scotia was the best investment move she has made to date, both financially and lifestyle wise. The opportunities the Nova Scotia housing market offers for creating wealth and investment capital drew Celina to attain her real estate license so she could help others also get ahead with their financial future and freedom, and enjoy the more laid back Maritime culture. She made the big leap across the country with her husband, dog, cat, and parrot. She was mesmerized by the scenic landscapes and rich history that Southwest Nova Scotia offers. She believes Nova Scotia holds a lot of opportunity and forecasts a boom; coming to the peaceful province as there is an abundance of nature, white sandy beaches and some of the best lobster and seafood in the world.
