Stacy Wentzell FRI, CRA, REALTOR®, ASSOCIATE BROKER Stacy‘s career as a real estate agent began in 1987. He has lived and worked in Halifax since that time and has made professionalism, hard work and excellent client service the cornerstone of his career. During this time, he has earned the esteemed Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI) designation, served as a President of the Real Estate Institute of Canada- Nova Scotia Chapter and was awarded the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He also holds an Associate Broker license. Stacy has built his business primarily on serving clients who are buying and selling resale homes. For over three decades, he has also worked closely with one of HRM‘s largest development companies, specializing in condominium and new construction sales.
