Hi, I'm Ryan Banser. Real estate has been part of my world for as long as I can remember, watching my mother Sheila spend over two decades building a career and reputation here in Halifax. That example never left me, and when the time was right I made the decision to follow that path myself. Today Sheila and I work side by side, bringing together two generations of Halifax real estate experience under one roof. I graduated from St. FX University with a Business Degree in Accounting and hit the ground running with a genuine passion for this industry and the people in it. After 10 years in the business, what drives me is pretty simple: I want every person I work with to feel like they have someone genuinely in their corner. If you are buying, that means finding the right fit at the right number and making sure you never leave value on the table. If you are selling, that means a sharp marketing strategy, honest advice, and a result you are proud of. I combine a background in finance and sales with a real love for this market and the people in it. Outside of work I am usually somewhere outdoors, surfing, skiing, or biking.
