My name is John Atacan, and I’m passionate about helping people find the perfect place to call home. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent 12 years in hospitality providing meaningful experiences through acts of service. Around the same time, I began building a successful wedding photography business, capturing beautiful moments all across Canada. Those experiences shaped my ability to truly listen, anticipate needs, and deliver results while keeping the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I pride myself on creating a relaxed, supportive atmosphere where clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. I’m always refining my skills and staying up to date with market trends in the Halifax/Dartmouth area and beyond, ensuring my clients benefit from fresh insights and smart strategies, whether your goals are buying a first home, selling to upgrade or downsize, or investing in additional properties. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our two cats, catching sports, live music, and capturing beautiful East Coast views on my cameras.
