Professional Experience

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computational Mathematics with a minor in Economics from Zhejiang University and a Master's Degree in Operations Research from the School of Economics and Management, Southeast University, which endows me with rigorous analytical thinking and solid problem-solving capabilities. After graduation, I built a distinguished career in the banking sector, taking on key roles including collateral valuation, large-value risk monitoring, post-loan management, loan review & approval, and product management. These experiences have polished my expertise in financial risk assessment, credit business logic and asset valuation, laying a solid professional foundation for my real estate services. Relocated to Halifax in 2015, I obtained Mutual Fund and Insurance Licenses in early 2016 to enhance my financial professionalism. Since purchasing my first investment property in 2019, I have expanded my portfolio with multiple properties, gaining in-depth, hands-on expertise in local real estate transaction processes, mortgage solutions and investment strategies. Rooted in integrity, responsibility and professional reliability, I am dedicated to providing one-stop, tailored real estate services for clients. Drawing on comprehensive industry resources, I offer professional guidance covering transactions, mortgages, legal connections and property management, while always prioritizing clients' core interests with sincerity and attentiveness. In my personal life, my husband—my high school classmate—works as a Senior Software Engineer at IQVIA, and our daughter will pursue her studies at Queen’s University this September.
