Yes, that's my name. Top 2% nationwide for Royal LePage agents. What you will remember more than my name is the level of service I provide. My goal is rather than you telling your friends and family "who" helped you, you tell them how I helped you. I have over 20 years of decorated real estate experience. I've been through most situations multiple times, experience takes time. At the age of 42, I have many years left. I want to be your agent for every sale, not just one sale. You will notice my attention to detail when helping you, your friends, and your family, generationally. I can relate to older generations and I can be hip and cool with the younger crowd too... right? Well, I tried... I'm the second generation in real estate sales. I watched my late Father perform as a sales agent when I was very young, until his passing in 2022. He was a decorated award-winning agent and broker with a real estate institute degree in urban land economics, we talked shop a lot. My Mother was a huge influence on both my Father and I getting into real estate sales. My Mother purchased and renovated many homes. I, as a young child, watched her build 2 new homes. When I turned 26 I was building myself a new home, under my Mother's tutelage. I've renovated a few homes myself and with Mom at my side. I started my career in real estate at 20, I did construction before that and for a few years after. One of my earliest memories is balancing a wheelbarrow of concrete for a slab-on-grade build, which was our first house in the Okanagan. My grandparents owned and ran a concrete plant so building homes is in my blood. Selling homes is what I've chosen as my lifelong career. I have you covered being licensed in real estate sales and property management. I'm happy to work with all Sellers and Buyers. Developers and investors are in my wheelhouse.
