Professional Experience

I have been helping others since 2008 as a registered care provider. My whole life really I have always been concerned for other people and there to help them. I think I am very empathetic. I have had keen involvement, great interest and real enjoyment in real estate and all that is involved in buying, selling and renovating since 2014. This includes law, accounting, mortgages, building inspection and condition, renovation, organization and decor, statistics, marketing, zoning and OCP, strata rules, bylaws and records and lots of research etc. I am not an expert at any one of these but have a good grasp on all of it and then some. I am a grad of UBC and the BCFSAs real estate program I am ready to start helping you today. A Vancouver local since the early 90s with roots in Canada and British Columbia since the 1600s and with many ancestors from all over the world, I am here to help you whatever your real estate needs may be.
