With a strong background in construction and a successful real estate career since 2021, I offer clients a well-rounded, practical approach to commercial real estate. As the owner of a construction company, I bring first-hand knowledge of building standards, development potential, and long-term asset value—adding depth and confidence to every transaction. I specialize in the sale and acquisition of industrial properties, retail units, and shopping centres, working with users and investors to uncover high-potential opportunities across British Columbia. My clients value my market expertise, negotiation skills, and ability to assess properties from both a business and construction perspective. Born and raised in Punjab, India, I moved to Canada in 2016 with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. My upbringing taught me the value of hard work, integrity, and community—principles I bring into every client relationship. Outside of work, I’m passionate about football (soccer), enjoy listening to music, and staying connected to my roots. These interests keep me grounded and energized as I continue to grow in both business and life.
