I've called Qualicum Beach home for over 25 years, and Central Vancouver Island is where I do my best work. Licensed since 2019, I bring deep local knowledge and genuine care to every transaction. My real estate journey started unconventionally. I spent years as an Office Manager with a top-producing team, where I learned the business from the inside out. That behind-the-scenes experience taught me what it really takes to help clients achieve their homeownership and investment goals. Now, as an independent REALTOR®, I use that insight every day. I specialize in residential and commercial properties, senior downsizing, and probate and estate sales. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property, or making a strategic investment, I'll guide you through the process with integrity, hard work, and enthusiasm. My background in journalism, advertising, photography, and graphic design gives me a unique edge in marketing properties. I know how to tell a property's story and get it in front of the right buyers. Community matters to me. I support the Salvation Army Food Bank, contribute to 100 Women Who Care Parksville, donate to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation from each commission, and make monthly contributions to the CNIB. When I'm not working, you'll find me enjoying the Island lifestyle: camping, off-roading, spending time with family and pets, or exploring the latest technologies.
