Drawing upon his previous multi-faceted, 20- year career in hospitality, Ryan transitioned to real estate in 2003. His experience includes 8 years as a Managing Broker, with oversight of hundreds of sales representatives and thousands of transactions, as well as 14 years as a full-time, award-winning sales representative himself, having personally completed hundreds of successful transactions for satisfied clients. Relocating in 2020 from Ontario to the beautiful South Okanagan, Ryan has embraced his new home and community. He is licensed as an Associate Broker for Trading Services, currently serves as the President of the South Okanagan Chamber Of Commerce, and is the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Watermark Beach Resort in Osoyoos.
