Since purchasing, renovating and selling his first apartment in West Vancouver in 1989, Shane has been honing his knowledge and experience in the Vancouver real estate market to offer Buyers and Sellers the highest caliber of professionalism, service and results. He has a nose for well constructed deals and a track record of memorable real estate marketing since 2009. Previous VP Sales Soft Tracks Enterprises, Founder QCheck Enterprises, Senior Manager BC Tel (TELUS) Mobility. Currently living in the Seymour community on the North Shore. Shane designed, developed and deployed the real estate SEM (Seller Experience Management) tool myShowAndSell. He licensed the Mr.Agent kids comic and plush toy brand through CREA (the Canadian Real Estate Association), and helped form the SAGE Property Advisors under the Royal LePage Sussex Realty brokerage.
