Manny has been serving his community as a licensed Realtor for over 15 years. With a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification he adds a systematic approach to property sale and purchase processes. He has served his profession for several years as a former Director of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, volunteer and chair of several board committees and, most proudly, being part of the Fraser Valley Realtors Charitable Foundation (FVRCF). With over 15 years' of experience in the industry, Manny possesses an extensive repertoire of real estate knowledge from zoning by laws, city developments plans, and market trends. He has built longstanding relationships with industry professionals and developers in the area and closed some of Surrey’s largest development land sales to date. All the while, establishing a reputation in conducting business with respect, integrity, and mutual benefit for all involved. Manny also specializes in development lands. These are very different from a simple residential purchase and sale. With his foresight and understanding of the real estate market, Manny has helped his clients optimize sale of 'developable' lands.
