Raised in Chemainus, Ladysmith, Duncan, and Nanaimo, Shannon is proud to call Vancouver Island home. Since beginning her real estate career in 2017, she has been serving clients throughout the Cowichan Valley and Nanaimo with a deep understanding of the communities she knows so well. Like many Islanders, Shannon eventually returned to her roots, settling back on Vancouver Island with her family—bringing with her a broad perspective shaped by years of experience elsewhere. Before transitioning into real estate, Shannon spent 15 years working in community development, recreation, and hospitality in Duncan, Ucluelet, Rhode Island, Edmonton, and Vancouver. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree with honours from Vancouver Island University and worked in government community development roles. This background built a strong foundation in communication, organization, project management, and a people-first mindset that continues to guide her work today.
