As a fourth generation resident of Vancouver Island, Lorne is familiar with its various regions and the unique aspects of “Island Living.” For nearly fourteen years now, Lorne and his family have been enjoying the ocean side living of Ladysmith. He has been in professional sales for numerous years and has been a successful realtor with Coast Realty Group for the past ten. Growing up in the Victoria area, he spent most of his childhood swimming and fishing in Glen Lake beside his parent’s lake front hobby farm. Raising goats and growing gardens were their main farming purposes. However, they did have a good variety of other farm animals including four donkeys! He graduated from Oak Bay High School and then headed to college in Ontario. He has earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Trinity Western University in Langley. For seventeen years, he has served a variety of churches as pastor. The past ten years in sales have allowed him to have a greater focus on his family while continuing to support his community through service clubs like Lions and Eagles.
