Professional Experience
As a seasoned real estate professional, my journey began years before I became a licensed REALTOR®. Born and raised in a small town called Pasadena, Newfoundland, I watched my parents work day and night in their own real estate business. I became very interested in the marketing side of things and went on my own path towards web design and online marketing while living in Kelowna, BC. Eventually I would work at our family-owned brokerage in Fort McMurray Alberta. Following in my parent's footsteps I began working towards getting my real estate license in 2013 while working as part of their admin staff. I applied what I knew about marketing to promoting their brokerage and their listings, and they took me under their wing to teach me everything they've learned in their years in real estate. In 2016 I branched out on my own and moved back to Kelowna, BC, the city I fell in love with years ago. The Okanagan has a lot to offer from outdoor activities to leisurely getaways. When I'm not hitting the slopes at Big White or on the lake paddleboarding, I'm working tirelessly to meet my client's needs. Every client gets treated like an A-list client, and lasting friendships are the cornerstone of my business, so I treat every client like family. As someone who is very detail-oriented, I strive to make sure my clients are well-informed so they can buy or sell with confidence. I believe that being direct and transparent in every aspect is the key to a smooth transaction. Over the years I’ve perfected my marketing plan for sellers and my buying process for buyers. Experienced in all types of properties including single family homes, condos, townhomes, mobiles, commercial, and land development. My passion is helping people, and real estate allows me to do that.
