Professional Experience

Dane Eitel began his Real Estate career in the tough downmarket of 2008-2009, nevertheless building an award-winning career and a rich network of trusted clients. During this time, he developed significant expertise across a broad spectrum of real estate transactions ranging from single to multi-family homes on both the buy and sell sides. Following this, he leveraged his unique econometric background and skillset and began studying market-based data analytics, culminating in his first Real Estate market publication in the Western Investor in 2017. He subsequently developed a proprietary analytics service, offering technical analyses (dubbed 'actionable intelligence') to Real Estate professionals, investors, and individual buyers and sellers. His work, opinion and analysis have been published in premium outlets including The Financial Times, The Huffington Post, The Vancouver Province and Michael Campbell's Money Talks. He continues to be a frequent commentator on local and national radio, where he discusses and presents the latest developments in both macro and jurisdiction-specific Real Estate markets. Dane has been a crucial member of the Sutton Group-West Coast Management team in the past two years and has recently joined us from Sutton's #1 downtown Broadway Office, overseeing more than 200 agents through over 2,000 transactions totalling $3.3-billion of gross sales in the past year.
