"New to the game, but ready to make moves" My name is Jack Parr and I am a passionate new real estate agent. I recently received my license and am eager to begin my career in the industry. My goal is to make the home-buying process as stress-free and seamless as possible for my clients. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuously improving my skills, I believe I will be a valuable asset to my clients. Previously, I spent a decade working as a hardworking union ironworker, participating in various projects across Alberta, including the City of Edmonton Building in 2017, the Milner Library addition/renovation in 2019, and a 2.5 million square foot Amazon warehouse in Acheson in 2021. During the pandemic, I pursued a passion of mine and started streaming. This gave me hands-on experience in marketing and social media, growing a community from zero followers to approximately 16,000 followers across various platforms, with my most successful post reaching over 1 million views worldwide. I plan to use this understanding of marketing and social media exposure to help sell homes. Just like in a game of chess, the right move may not always be obvious, but it is always within reach.
