Sherwood Park's Veteran Expert | 40+ Years, SRES & Relocation Specialist ?? Terry Halter is a distinguished, award-winning REALTOR® at Royal LePage Noralta Real Estate's Sherwood Park office. With an unparalleled career spanning over four decades since 1980, Terry is one of the region’s most trusted voices in Residential, Acreage, and Land sales across Sherwood Park and the greater Edmonton area, specializing in Strathcona County. Today, he is renowned for his patient, no-pressure approach, prioritizing integrity and the ability to truly listen to his clients’ needs. His expertise is supported by specialized certifications, positioning him as a compassionate guide for families in transition: Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES): Expert in helping seniors and their families navigate downsizing, retirement moves, and complex life transitions with care. BGRS Certified: Trained to assist corporate, government, and military clients with seamless national relocations, backed by a strong network of agents across the country. Terry's deep experience includes a valuable background in house construction, enabling him to provide unique, insightful advice on new builds and property assessments. His commitment extends beyond transactions; he is a long-serving leader on the Edmonton Realtors Association's Member Services and Government & Political Action Committees, and he proudly donates to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation from every sale. With numerous prestigious awards, including the 40-Year Long Service Award (2024), Terry offers a no-obligation home value assessment to sellers. Clients choose Terry because they know he is someone you can trust. Ready for expert guidance on your next move, relocation, or retirement transition?
