Jessie Stead has been in real estate her entire adult life - first as an investor and home flipper alongside her husband, and for the past 16 years as a licensed REALTOR®. Real estate isn’t a second career for Jessie. It’s the only one she’s ever had. Her path to getting licensed came directly from personal experience. She and her husband invested heavily in real estate over the years and had transactions where she knew, with complete certainty, that she could do better. So she did. She got her licence, became their own agent, and never looked back. Today, Jessie works with buyers and sellers across Edmonton and the surrounding area, with a particular focus on acreages and luxury properties - two markets where her background as an investor and her years of hands-on experience give her an edge most agents simply can’t match. She understands what’s at stake in these transactions because she’s lived them from the other side of the table.
