My name is Morgan Guerin. I was born and raised in Grande Prairie, my knowledge and experience of the region gives me the enthusiasm and desire to share my home with others. I give a warm and friendly approach that makes the buying and selling process fun, easy & stress free. I strive to demonstrate integrity, hard work, creativity and commitment in every deal. My excellent communication allows clients to reach me anytime with questions or concerns. I began in real estate in 2014 as an administrative assistant. For 3 years I assisted in 200+ transactions behind the scenes. This experience educated me on contracts, marketing and organization while becoming licensed in 2016. My ultimate goal is to provide excellent service beyond the sale to every client. In my spare time I am: an active member in my community, the President of the 2020/2021 Rotaract Club, A Big Sister with the Big Brother Big Sister Program. I also enjoy family time & watching movies.
