Raised in Alberta’s Foothills, I developed an early appreciation for rural living, land, and the lifestyle that comes with it. After moving to Calgary in 2001, I spent over 17 years in the city’s inner-core communities before returning to Okotoks in 2018 to reestablish a stronger connection to community and a more intentional way of living. That combination—urban experience and rural roots—gives me a well-rounded perspective when working with clients navigating lifestyle-driven decisions, whether that’s acreage living, luxury homes, or strategic relocations throughout the Foothills and South Calgary region. I’ve been part of the Krahn Real Estate team for the past eight years and recently transitioned into a licensed Realtor with Royal LePage Benchmark. This progression allows me to serve clients more directly while continuing to draw on the strength, systems, and experience of a proven team. Prior to real estate, I worked as a consultant in regulatory management within Alberta’s energy and natural resources sectors. That background shaped how I approach real estate today—with a focus on risk awareness, market analysis, and clear, structured decision-making. I hold an MBA in Management Consulting, which further informs a disciplined and strategic approach when advising clients on complex transactions. Real estate has always been a natural fit. From an early age, I was drawn to design, architecture, and the potential within a space. Today, that shows up in my ability to see opportunity where others may not—whether that’s evaluating a property’s long-term value, understanding its design potential, or positioning it effectively in the market. My approach is educational and advisory. I work with clients who want more than just access to listings—they want clarity, thoughtful guidance, and a professional who can communicate both opportunity and risk with confidence.
