Andrew grew up in Waterloo, Ontario, but decided to make Calgary his home in 2009. Andrew's keen interest in engineering, fabrication, building design, and construction led him to pursue a career in the trades. Andrew is an internationally recognized Red Seal Journeyman and was a mechanical supervisor on some of Canada's largest construction projects. Potash mines in Saskatchewan, copper and gold mines in British Columbia, and oil and gas production in Northern Alberta, just to name a few. Andrew's in-depth knowledge of construction gives him the upper hand when it comes to pointing out building deficiencies and negotiating the best purchase price for his clients. Andrew understands the home buying process well, as he has been purchasing, renovating, and selling his own personal properties since 2011.
