RENTAL CONDITIONS:
1) The tenant must obtain $2,000,000 liability insurance and insurance for their personal belongings for the duration of the lease and provide a copy to the landlord prior to occupancy.
2) Any promise to lease is conditional upon a credit check, proof of employment, and reference verification to the full satisfaction of the LANDLORD.
3) No short-term rentals such as Airbnb or similar are permitted.
4) Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping), drug use, and the cultivation of cannabis are strictly prohibited, both indoors and outdoors.
5) Barbecues are not permitted on the balcony.
6) No pets allowed.
7) The tenant agrees to comply with the building regulations and to sign the annex containing the rules and regulations. The tenant agrees to reimburse the LANDLORD for any fines or charges attributable to them due to violations of the rules or public order provisions.
8) In the event of loss of a key or access fob, the tenant shall be responsible for the replacement costs.
