This 2.28 acres was once part of a larger homestead community and is the last remaining private property in this section of the park. Cape Scott is the northernmost tip of Vancouver Island, and is known for its stunning shoreline, remote wilderness, and multi-day hiking trails (Cape Scott Trail and the North Island Trail). This property is well off the beaten track, as the Cape Scott trail traverses further inland and on the far side of the park, then along the top shoreline above the Bight out to Cape Scott lighthouse. Access to the property would be by boat from either Winter Harbour or Port Hardy.
