As a Real Estate Sales Representative, I take a “bricks and mortar” approach to business. Following the completion of my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph, and close to ten years experience in ICI construction with one of Canada’s prominent General Contractors (while obtaining my Red Seal Endorsement as a General Carpenter), I hung up my tool pouch and entered the world of Real Estate Sales. After successfully working in the single-family residential sector servicing the Waterloo Region and other markets and being recognized nationally as a top agent within Royal LePage, I was afforded an opportunity to venture into commercial real estate and investment sales. I was fortunate to be mentored and trained by my father in-law, a 40+yr Broker, who specializes in commercial investment sales. Coupled with my construction background, CCIM education and time in the business, I am always looking to deliver diligent analysis and advice to help clients find or establish value. Whether you are looking for a single family home or a larger real estate investment, I am going to help deliver sound, honest and pragmatic advice.
