Ian was born in Halifax Nova Scotia and has been a resident here for most of his life. Ian has always had a keen interest in Halifax Real Estate but has also worked within many government and private organizations. From his 15 years of service with the Canadian Forces, to operating his own successful security systems manufacturing company, which continues to serve millions of vehicle owners around the world. "A few things that have remained consistent throughout all of my past endeavors have been my love for sales, working with people and Real Estate. Having a client to serve and providing my clients with outstanding service is very important to me. I have over 30 years of business and sales experience. My number one goal is to perform above and beyond your expectations." Recently Ian received the Royal LePage Lifetime Award of Excellence for consistently achieving a high level of sales for the past 15 years (2010 - 2024).
