The neighbourhood of Stonebridge is located within the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.


A majority of the houses available in the housing market in Stonebridge were built following the year 2000, when a large proportion of the housing growth took place. In this part of the city, around 60% of dwellings are single detached homes, while small apartment buildings and townhouses make up most of the remaining housing stock. About 80% of the units in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners whereas the rest are rented. This neighbourhood offers mainly four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.


Stonebridge is very car friendly. It is very convenient to find a parking spot, and many homes for sale are a short drive from the closest highway. However, Stonebridge is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and it is very easy to reach a nearby bus stop from most houses. Stonebridge is not very convenient for walking since running daily errands is inconvenient.


There are no high schools and no primary schools in Stonebridge. Moreover, families may consider it difficult for their children to get to daycares as a pedestrian. With respect to eating, it is often possible for home buyers in Stonebridge to do groceries on foot. A small number of restaurants and coffee shops are available as well.


The character of Stonebridge is exemplified by its calm ambience. It is easy to access green spaces since there are around 10 of them nearby for residents to unwind in. This neighbourhood is also quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - although there are still several noisier sections, especially closer to the railway line.
