Pond Mills is in the southeast corner of the city with great access to the natural wonder of Westminster Ponds, London Health Sciences Centre and Highway 401. Close to many shops and services, including the Pond Mills Branch library. The main park in the neighbourhood is Southeast Optimist Park, which has two baseball diamonds; a half-basketball court; spray pad; playground and washroom facilities.
