Hi there! I’m Leah Bragg. When it comes to real estate, residential, commercial and investment real estate are my specialties. I use my knowledge and experience to educate my clients about the process and make their buying/selling process stress free. As a REALTOR®, my first priority is to make my clients happy and to listen to their needs, but it’s also about making it fun and memorable as well. I have a background in Sales and Marketing with experience in the financial, gaming, and retail industry. I received the President’s Gold Sales award my first year as a REALTOR® in 2017 and have gone on to receive other awards throughout the last number years. Most recently in 2022 I received the Royal LePage Diamond award and the National Top 10% award. I truly enjoy my career and appreciate my clients trusting me with some of the largest transactions of their lives. Helping people is what I do! From buying a first home or investment property to purchasing the next property as their lifestyle needs change or as their investment portfolio grows. I am there for every step of the way! Not only am I licensed in residential real estate, but I am licensed in Commercial Real Estate as well. Commercial Real Estate has kept me very busy and I can't tell you how exciting it is to be involved in the process of a business owner starting a new business or expanding an existing business! I am honored to be a part of that process. I have lived in Swift Current for 26 years and it is a wonderful place to call home. In that time, Swift Current has grown and evolved.
