I bring more than 25 years of personal experience buying and selling real estate, including purchasing homes and investment properties and completing full-scale renovations. This firsthand experience has given me a practical understanding of evaluating properties, understanding their potential, preparing homes for sale, and making sound real estate decisions based on both immediate needs and long-term value. Waterloo Region has been home for most of my life, giving me a deep understanding of Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and the surrounding communities. I also hold a graduate degree in urban planning, which provides another valuable perspective when evaluating properties and understanding neighbourhoods, development, growth, and the factors that can influence long-term value. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent years as a teacher, which shaped the way I work with clients. Patience, listening, clear communication, and education are at the heart of my approach. I believe clients deserve a Realtor who can simplify the real estate process, explain their options clearly, and provide steady support from beginning to closing.
