I made a transition to residential real estate from commercial real estate in 1994 and I've never looked back. It was a natural transition given my success in facilitating and negotiating large commercial deals. My move turned out to be the perfect match as I established myself early putting my results amongst those of the top residential agents. I am a born and raised Torontonian and I've personally experienced the uniqueness that various areas of the City have to offer as well as outside of the Toronto area.
