Overview • As a self employed Real Estate Broker with Royal LePage North Heritage Realty, I assist Buyers and Sellers in the purchase, lease, and disposition of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Investment properties. Although licensed throughout Ontario, my primary area of concentration is Greater Sudbury, Espanola, and Manitoulin Island. • I work as part of a Group | Team with my wife Kim Kusnierczyk, and on several listings with Cassandra Beach. • Contracted as one of 5 Sudbury Realtors of the Preferred Realtor Team providing residential Real Estate services to Health Sciences North, and the only member of the group providing commercial Real Estate Services. • Recipient of either President’s Gold, Director’s Platinum, Diamond, Red Diamond, or Executive Circle awards signifying me in the top 10%, 5%, 3%, 2% or 1% respectively with Royal LePage Canada in all years from 2005 through 2022. • Designated in the top 10% of Royal Lepage Commercial Realtors nationally.
