I’m Brooke Kauppinen, born and raised in Parry Sound, and my passion for real estate started during my time as a real estate agent's assistant. Through my experience assisting with property research, zoning, and the inner workings of the real estate process, I realized I had found my calling. My six-year tenure as a supervisor at Starbucks, where I honed my skills in relationship-building, combined with my passion for teaching and sharing information with others, helped me see that all of this together would be the perfect foundation for a fulfilling career as a Realtor. In addition to my real estate experience, I also have expertise in social media creation and marketing, which allows me to effectively showcase properties and connect with clients in meaningful ways. My mission is simple: to guide my clients with confidence, treating every transaction as a partnership that blends professionalism with a personal touch. I understand firsthand how overwhelming buying a home can be—when I purchased my first home in 2019, I quickly realized how little I knew about the process. Now, my goal is to provide the support and guidance I wish I’d had, especially for first-time buyers. Outside of work, you can find me enjoying live music, capturing moments through photography and videography, or spending time with my partner, our two children, and my family, most of whom are still here in Parry Sound. The sense of community and the ability to explore so much of the area throughout every season is what makes Parry Sound truly special, and I’m proud to help others find their place here.
