Over the past 7 years I have successfully sourced many off market properties and obtained the information required for complex due diligence in commercial transactions. Equipped with a keen perception of the market, heightened skill of deductive reasoning & artful approach, I strive to offer a refreshing take on the world of commercial real estate. Coupling commercial knowledge with a fiery entrepreneurial spirit, I am also the proud owner/operator of Darser Asset Management Inc, a property management firm specializing in commercial and mixed-use properties. This venture has allowed for a deeper understanding of negotiating commercial leases, terms and the law as it pertains to the rights and responsibilities of both Tenants and Landlords.
