Dan is a senior real estate broker with Royal LePage Commercial and specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the Greater Toronto Area and specifically in the west end market. His client base includes Erin Mills Development, Coopers Construction, Bentall Kennedy, URS Corporation, IDS Canada, Morguard Investments, Davpart Inc, OHE Consultants, Service Master of Canada, Halton Health Care Services, among others. In the last seven years, he has leased and sold in excess of 1 million square feet of commercial space. He joined Royal LePage Commercial in 2012, having previously worked for 8 years at Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. In 2005, 2006, 2007,2008 he was recognized within Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. As a Top Three Earner under Five years experience. Dan was also a Sales Representative for a major fortune 500 company, specializing in heating and air conditioning products, for 4 years prior to becoming a real estate broker. His dedication to client service, joined with his strong financial aptitude and analytical skills has resulted in him creating smart business solutions for his clients. Dan has in-depth experience in disposition sales, acquisitions, relocations, land sales, lease renewals, and investment sales; his attention to detail during the negotiation process and his immense knowledge of the local market is a definite asset to his clients. Dan lives in Oakville with his wife and two children and is an active volunteer within the Minor Oaks Hockey Association. He holds a degree from Sheridan in Business Management and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
