Mike began his investing career in 2009 by building up a portfolio of residential rental properties across key growth markets in Ontario. Beginning in 2014 with the acquisition of his first apartment building, he began honing his skills in the commercial residential investment space. Mike currently manages over $45M of real estate assets, primarily residential apartment buildings in Ontario. Mike is a licensed realtor focused on helping clients acquire apartment buildings ranging in size from 12 to 100 units. In 2021 and 2022, Mike was ranked top 10 nationally for Keller Williams Canada in sales due to his ability to source assets from his deep network of apartment industry contacts. His hard work, expertise, and true passion for the commercial multifamily business has helped shape Mike’s reputation as a top commercial multifamily realtor. Since 2018, Mike has led all the acquisitions for a mutual fund trust where he has since negotiated and acquired multifamily apartment buildings in excess of $250,000,000. Mike also has extensive construction background having been a foreman for a company focused on mechanical retrofits in apartment buildings.
