A graduate of Western University with an Honours Degree in English and Media Information, Kate built a career rooted in curiosity, strategy, and strong communication. From navigating product launches to leading national training programs, she developed a reputation for staying calm under pressure and bringing people together to get results. Her work in pharmaceuticals wasn’t just about performance — it was about understanding people, solving complex problems, and showing up with integrity every step of the way. But her story started well before the corporate world. Kate grew up in Barrie, with skis on her feet and determination in her bones. As a competitive racer with the National Ski Academy, she learned how to stay focused when the course got tough — skills that now serve her clients in real estate, especially when navigating complex deals. After university, Kate lived in Toronto and Mississauga, where she built a strong professional network and even stronger community roots. Transitioning into real estate wasn’t a career change — it was a natural next chapter.
