Joanna is a seasoned Realtor and dedicated coach with nearly two decades of experience serving buyers, sellers, and fellow agents. She began her career in 2006 in Caledon and is now based in Mississauga, where she plays a leadership role within a large and dynamic real estate environment. Over the years, she has guided countless clients through both the excitement and complexity of buying or selling a home, always with a focus on clear communication, strategic thinking, and skilled negotiation. In addition to her work with clients, Joanna served as a Broker Manager, overseeing the growth and performance of nearly 400 agents, and personally coaches a select group through one-on-one and group mentorship. She is a Master Certified Negotiator and a consistent recipient of performance-based awards. Known for her calm authority and thoughtful, systems-driven approach, Joanna is valued by colleagues and clients alike for her integrity, responsiveness, and commitment to meaningful progress.
