I have worked with excited first time Buyers, repeat Buyers, proud first time Sellers, repeat Sellers and the uncertain and somewhat difficult scenarios like Estate Sales, Divorce and for Power of Attorneys. These are all areas of real estate that each require unique handling. Some with high energetic excitement and others where it is stressful and requires further guidance along the way. I have been that REALTOR® over and over for each of the above. The difference in what I do, is knowing what steps are needed and when.
