Ben Spero is proud to bring over a decade of experience in customer service and the hospitality industry to his real estate career. A graduate of Algonquin College, Ben earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management in 2017, laying the groundwork for his people-first approach to business. After earning his real estate license in 2020, Ben partnered with fellow Realtor® Rory Charlton in 2021 to launch Key & Co. Home Team — a partnership built on mutual trust, complementary strengths, and a shared dedication to client service. Their professional partnership soon grew into something even greater. In June 2022, Ben and Rory were married in a beautiful ceremony held at a local golf course, marking the beginning of both a shared life and a growing real estate legacy. Ben is passionate about helping others and is known for his clear communication, calm demeanor, and genuine care for his clients. He continues to thrive in the fast-paced world of real estate, building a fulfilling and productive career by focusing on relationships and results.
