I fly my own drone to capture stunning 4K aerials, edit property videos with cinematic effects and music, and create social media content that gets real reach — with some videos generating over 130,000 views on TikTok. I continue to invest in AI tools and digital marketing strategies that give my clients a competitive edge. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and completed the Humber College Real Estate Salesperson Program with honours-level achievement. My background gives me an edge when it comes to problem-solving, negotiation, and staying ahead in a tech-driven real estate market. Before entering real estate, I spent over a decade running my own international business, representing pharmaceutical and cold chain packaging manufacturers. I’ve worked on Health Canada-compliant projects, helped design GMP cleanrooms, and negotiated complex logistics and supply deals across North America, Europe, and Asia. Earlier in my career, I worked in license compliance marketing at Microsoft Canada, and in B2B sales at TELUS, where I focused on the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment — often making over 200 calls a day connecting with decision-makers. Today, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Grimsby, Burlington, and areas surrounding Binbrook — and I’m open to traveling further for the right opportunity." I specialize in helping real estate investors grow their portfolios — whether that means acquiring a duplex or triplex, repositioning a small multifamily property, or identifying opportunities in the commercial market.
