When you work with Susan, you can count on personal, attentive, patient service, excellent knowledge of the area, great negotiation skills and expert selling strategies. *** Susan moved to Halton Hills (Georgetown) in 1997 and immediately fell in love with this small community…surrounded by rolling countryside and just 45 minutes northwest of downtown Toronto. *** Shortly after moving to town Susan got her real estate license in 2001, and 10 years later became licensed as a Real Estate Broker. *** Prior to getting into real estate, Susan worked in sales & marketing in the waste, engineering and transportation industries for over 10 years. *** Susan graduated with an Honors degree in Urban Development at the University of Western Ontario, followed by obtaining a Diploma in Education at McGill University in Montreal. Since then, Susan has never stopped learning to improve her skills. *** With a corporate background, extensive marketing experience, specialized training, determination and sharp negotiating skills - Susan's focus is to get you the best price, while providing the best real estate service possible! *** Susan has also spent many years giving back to the industry and community by volunteering on the local real estate board and giving back to charities such as the Georgetown Bread Basket, Salvation Army, Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills (CAShh), Halton Women’s Place, Upper Credit Humane Society, War Amps, Cystic Fibrosis Canada, Canadian Wildlife Federation, The Western Fund, and more. Susan is also very committed to ending violence in our communities; so every time someone buys or sells a home with Susan, she donates to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. *** In Susan's spare time, she loves to travel, golf, garden, cycle, hike with M&M, her 2 soft coated wheaten terriers.
