Hi, I’m Lisa Bugler—and my road to real estate has been anything but straight! Growing up, my family moved often—big city, small town, and everywhere in between. No matter where we landed, our home was always filled with love, and that taught me early on just how important “home” really is. Summers at our cottage gave me a love for the outdoors, the water, and the comfort of gathering with family, and this is part of what drew me to Southern Georgian Bay over 25 years ago. Life took me on many paths—studying electrical engineering, raising a family, and working for over 20 years in technical sales. Along the way, I built strong skills in listening, problem-solving, and negotiating, and I gained hands-on experience in mechanical contracting and new home construction. Still, I always dreamed about doing something that combined my love for homes with my love for people. Friends used to joke, “You’d make a great Realtor!” and eventually, I decided to take the leap. With my husband (whom I met on a local ski hill!) cheering me on, I followed my passion. Today, I help people discover their perfect place in Southern Georgian Bay. I understand the excitement—and the nerves—that come with a move, and I work hard to make the process feel clear and comfortable. I’m honest, dependable, and love finding solutions. Most of all, I care deeply about helping my clients write their next chapter in a place they’re proud to call home.
