With over six years of experience, Aidan has successfully guided clients through the purchase and sale of retirement properties, residential homes, investment real estate, farmland, and land. Having worked in customer service since the age of 14, he brings strong attention to detail and a calm, organized mindset to every transaction. Based in Chatham, Aidan actively works across both the Chatham and Windsor markets. He specializes in retirement living, helping downsizers and retirees simplify their next chapter with confidence and peace of mind. He also has a strong focus on estate real estate, supporting families and executors during difficult transitions. Through trusted partnerships with an accountant, lawyer, and funeral home, Aidan is able to coordinate the entire process, ensuring nothing is overlooked and families can focus on what matters most. Prior to real estate, Aidan studied at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University while owning and operating a successful business. Because of this background, the financial side of real estate is extremely important to him, and he places a strong emphasis on value, long term planning, and protecting his clients’ financial interests in every transaction. Outside of real estate, he enjoys staying active, participating in community events, and spending time with family and friends.
