Murray started his real-estate career in 1976 when he joined Brier Park Developments, Brantford’s largest land developer in Brantford and Brant County. His duties included lot sales to builders, supervision of construction and commercial property management. In 1983 Murray started up his own property management company, Camcor Associates managing a portfolio of over 18 million dollars of residential properties. As large national companies entered the Brantford rental market he realized that local property management was about to be eliminated from the market place and hence secured his professional real estate licence to be able to serve his past clients, friends, and associates from a lifelong residence in Brantford and Brant County.
