Michael Walker is a top producing realtor in Winnipeg who possess extensive knowledge in all aspects of residential and commercial construction. His background prior to becoming a realtor is quite unique as he is also a licensed red seal electrician who has years of general contracting and property restoration under his belt. Starting out, he was a 21 year old electrician buying and flipping houses with his business partner on top of working his full time job. After ripping apart older homes and successfully putting them back together he then went on to build a custom new home in the south Osborne area of Winnipeg. During this project he personally general contracted every step of the process, and between him and his partner, they installed all the mechanical systems themselves. Electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling, along with the finishing carpentry and cabinetry work, he knows it all. After completing his Electrical license at 24 years old he immediately went into taking his real estate license. Soon becoming a fully licensed realtor with the #1 brokerage in Manitoba, Royal LePage Prime. Fast forward to today, Michael is now 28 years old and the leader of his team “The Walker Group”. The team currently consists of him and the amazing Erin Kantyluk. Erin has been Michael's partner in life for the last 11 years, and now in business since early 2021. Erin is also a fully licensed realtor who possess an incredible personality and strong work ethic. At the age of 25, Erin completed her 4 year Bachelor of Business degree at the University of Winnipeg majoring in marketing. Once graduating, she put her serving career behind her and went full time into her new corporate marketing position at CAA Club Group. After a few years of learning the ins and outs in the corporate setting, Erin knew it wasn't for her. After seeing her partner Michael excel out of the gate in his real estate career, then seeing his business grow to the point where he couldn't keep up alone, it gave her that push she needed to pursue her real estate license and join Michael in business. Michael knew Erin had the skill set and work ethic to become a superstar realtor so he would always encourage her to take the leap into the business with him.
